I was born on the Caribbean Island of St.Lucia In 1984, I moved to New York City and 6 years ago moved to beautiful Asheville NC. I bought a small farm and in 2016 purchased a restaurant (formerly known as Lex 18) that I transformed into Western North Carolina's only St Lucian owned Caribbean restaurant, Calypso,which is located in the heart of downtown Asheville
